Katie began her training and education in bodywork in 2006. Since, she has been honing her skills in many different modalities. These include, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Massage Cupping, Pre/Post Natal, and Injury Treatment.

Jane Lumbert, LMT
Janie's massage is a combination of several techniques that she has learned doing massage for over 20 years. She works with her clients to give them a therapeutic and relaxing treatment. She has been trained in Sports Massage, Pre-Natal, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Hot Stone and Cranial Sacral.

Megan Barrett, LMT
Megan graduated from West by Northwest School of Massage and loves the opportunity to work with people through the therapy that has been impactful to her. Having personally experienced injuries and the effects of chronic tension, she understands the significant benefits of therapeutic massage. Each session will be adapted to best meet the unique goals of that person, with Megan's hope being that they feel heard and in a space where they can unwind.
