We prefer to be treatment focused. A clinical or medical massage combines neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage to provide pain relief restore function. Clinical massage can be used to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, frozen shoulder, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis as well a reduction of tension and anxiety. It also helps promote an overall quality of sleep. We are proud to be able to include Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, TMJ, Cupping, Prenatal and Trigger Point. In addition to that we are able to provide more relaxation based massages, more similar to a spa experience, if you simply are looking for a day to treat yourself with some quality self care. We are happy to adapt to whatever may suit your needs best.
